Bakin' a cake..

... with peaches and almonds. I feel weird today because I did not sleep enough and now I can't take a nap because it is too fuckin hot. So I decided to heat up the place even more baking that cake, which turns out to be stubborn and resisting all the violent heat brought upon it in order to stay (too) soft. It is a whole lot about texture with food. I still wait for that thing to cool, but I'm not sure at all if it's gonna pass the "How does it feel on the tounge?"- test. Maybe I'll just call it dessert, they are allowed to be soft and mushy..
